He is also the CoFounder and Managing Director of Iotasol Canada, providing (SaaS) solutions to develop and manage scalable, accessible cloud-based software solutions, with well-established offices in the United States, Australia, Canada, and India.

Sid has assisted foreign subsidiaries, developed proactive strategies, resolved international disputes, and secured turn-key regulatory clearances for large-scale industrial projects. From mentoring early-stage startups to practically securing all regulatory clearances for a $1 billion USD project, his expertise includes business strategy, achieving product-market fit, technology transfer, regulatory clearances, and IP-focused negotiation. He enjoys helping clients confidently succeed in new markets by rolling up his sleeves along with the client on the ground.
